Our policies are  NOT intended to offend and/or disrespect any of our clients. Here at Styles with Finesse, we take sincere pride in our service(s) that we provide to you; in addition, we want your experience with us to be the best of the best!

Salon Cancellation

All Clients are required to give at least a one business day (24 hours) notice to cancel an appointment without penalty.

There are no same day cancellations.

If you do not give a notice of cancellation you will be required to pay a $30 non-cancellation fee, which will be due at your next appointment.

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.


Associates

Here at the parlor retreat we do not  have a waiting area.

No children under the age of 12.


Stylist Hopping

Stylist hopping and/or chemically treating your hair at home is not tolerated here at Styles with Finesse Styling Agency.

Scenario example: I have been doing Sally's hair for a period of 9 months. On her first visit Sally's hair was severely damaged, over processed, overall the hair's health was horrible. Top of the line products for her particular hair type was given. Instantly the structure and condition of Sally's hair was revived. Six months later, Sally's hair is now shoulder length with glistening shine and body. Consequently, Sally decides to chose another salon to get high-lights because they services are cheaper. Two weeks later, I receive a call from Sally pleading for me to reconstruct her hair once more whatever the price shall be. I denied her.

Moral: Just because a salon does charge less; the services are not the same! Would you go to a unlicensed doctor versuses a surgeon to perform surgery on you beacuse he/she charges less?


Cell Phone

It would be greatly appreciated if all calls are made before your salon experience. For you conveinence, WE HAVE Wi-Fi for prefered coustmers.  Cell phone use is only alright for business and  emergency purposes.


"Running Late"

PLEASE TRY TO ARRIVE AT THE SALON 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. If your tardiness exceeds 30 minutes, you will be penalized $20 in which half of this will be given to the client proceeding you and your appointment.  In some cases, you may be forced to reschedule.
